Biography

Mr. Lamson graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California in 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He later completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, further strengthening his executive leadership skills. Mr. Lamson began his professional career at The Clorox Company, where he held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility over an 18-year period. He began in Finance and Accounting before transitioning into business leadership positions, including Vice President and General Manager of Clorox’s Food and Charcoal businesses. From 2008 to 2012, he led Clorox’s customer team dedicated to Walmart Inc., overseeing a multi-functional group responsible for the company’s global business with the retailer.  From 2012-2016, Mr. Lamson served as Chief Executive Officer of Cheyenne Products, a consumer durables home décor business.  Mr. Lamson subsequently led various pet-oriented businesses for Central Garden and Pet.  In January of 2022, Mr. Lamson joined Oil-Dri as Group Vice President for the Retail and Wholesale business and led the segment as well as the company’s business demand and strategic planning processes.  Beginning August of 2025, he assumed the role of Group Vice President of Business to Business and Strategic Growth Initiatives.  In this position, Mr. Lamson oversees the B2B segment and leads Oil-Dri’s innovation efforts and growth initiatives across the company.  Mr. Lamson is involved in various charitable causes including board service for the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter.
